National Road Safety Short Film Festival 2024

IDTR participated in 2 days (24-01-2024 & 25-01-2024) National Road Safety Short Film Festival 2024 organized at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Auditorium, Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Medical College Raipur. The event was presided by Honorable CM Shri Vishnu deo Sai, along with other dignitaries Deputy CM Shri Arun Sao, MLAs and MPs, Transport Secretary Shri S. Prakash, ADG Traffic Shri Pradeep Gupta and AIG Traffic Shri Sanjay Sharma, Chairman Inter Departmental Lead Agency.

IDTR showcased its training infrastructure and its scientifically designed training methodology during the event. IDTR displayed LMV simulator to educate visitors on Learning with safety by learning through simulators. IDTR also displayed working model of engine cut section to educate visitors on working module of engine for better understanding of vehicle operations.

More than 2000+ participants from various schools/colleges/transport associations and unions & business fraternity along with media houses visited the venue.

2 days training of Sadak Suraksha Mitan (16^th & 17^th Jan-24)

IDTR CG organized 2 days training of Sadak Suraksha Mitan on various aspects of Road Safety. Participant from across state comprised of Traffic Police, NCC, NSO, NSS & Road Safety volunteers working in field of road safety. The training comprised of effective communication on road safety, detailed road map of awareness campaigns, knowledge of motor vehicle act and Response to road accidents as good Samaritan. More than 100 participants across the state participated in the training program.

IDTR participated in meeting conducted on road safety led by lead agency on 06^th Jan 2024 at Mantralaya under chairmanship of Chief secretary Shri Amitabh Jain. IDTR CG presented 10 agenda points for training and enhancing road safety.

Inert Departmental Lead Agency CG launched a comprehensive book on Road Safety during 35^th National Road safety Month. The book also covers IDTR’s contributions made during the year.

Road Safety Awareness to Krishna Public School and Govt Nursing College.

IDTR CG conducted Road Safety awareness program on 25th Jan 2024 to students of Krishna Public School and Govt Nursing College. More than 200+ Students (100+ from Krishna Public School and 100 from Govt nursing College) participated in the awareness session.
